Preacher Claims He’s Not Elvis, But Fans Are Convinced They’ve Found the King!

Since Elvis Presley sadly passed away in 1977, die-hard fans have⁣ believed that the king of rock and roll faked his death to escape the limelight.‌ Some think he was hiding from the mafia, appeared as an ⁣extra in the 1990 hit Home ⁣Alone, visited California’s Legoland, took care of Graceland’s grounds, and is now living as a ⁤simple preacher in Arkansas.

Even though this lookalike has denied it ‍many times, ⁣fans⁤ are sure that Bob Joyce is ⁤“about to reveal” his staged death “very soon.” ‌Keep reading ‌to find out what this preacher says about being⁢ Elvis!

On August ‍16, 1977, everyone was ‘All Shook Up’ when it was announced that 42-year-old Elvis Aaron ‌Presley died from heart failure. Since then almost half a century ago, some people refuse to believe that the king of rock and roll is really gone. ⁣To this day, obsessed fans hold on tight to their belief that the dancing star faked his own death for a quiet life.

Now they think they’ve found him living as Bob Joyce—a 72-year-old pastor⁢ in Benton, Arkansas. Joyce resembles an older version of Elvis with silver hair; he ‌talks like him and sings with a smooth voice just like Elvis did.

When a YouTube clip showed Joyce singing “How Great Thou Art,” which Elvis recorded‌ back in 1967, conspiracy theorists went crazy. One fan commented: “This is definitely Elvis! No one else can sing this hymn like him.” Another added: “His voice will never change! We ⁣love you and hope you share your story someday.”

One ⁢more person said: “I believe you are him; no other singer has your⁢ rhythm or tone.” Another wrote: “I love you elvis bob Joyce I know but its ok ⁢no more big lights you have your peace of mind now.”

However,⁣ Bob Joyce insists he isn’t the king of rock and roll but rather a messenger for God. He ⁤states firmly: “Nope! I’m not Elvis… I started telling everyone right away—‘Nope! I’m not him.’” He also mentions he’s nearly two decades younger than what would ⁢be an 89-year-old Elvis ⁢today.

Joyce continues by saying maybe ⁤God uses voices ⁤like his to help ⁣those who are‍ hurting.

Still many followers believe he hasn’t revealed everything yet and will soon share why he pretended to die & changed names. One supporter named Samantha⁢ Drummond ⁤Dunn from Alabama plans on visiting⁤ Arkansas because ‌she believes it’s true!

She encourages ‍others to watch his YouTube videos for proof while another person jokingly remarks online: “If it’s on the Internet it must be⁣ true.”

A warning on Bob Joyce’s website addresses fake accounts online—reminding users ⁤not to ‌trust everything‌ they see there‌ since people⁣ have impersonated ‍him before. The only⁢ real Facebook account belongs at facebook.com/bob.joyce.75/—he doesn’t use Instagram or TikTok either.
