When Harry and Meghan chose to leave the UK, they wanted a life away from the media—at least that’s what they presented to everyone. But things didn’t go as planned. Actually, the couple made themselves very visible on social media—the same platforms they tried to get away from. Is it a joke?
Harry released his tell-all book Spare, which sold an incredible 1.4 million copies on its first day in the UK, United States, and Canada.
“We always knew this book would do well, but it is surpassing even our highest hopes,” said Larry Finlay, managing director of Transworld Penguin Random House.
So far, Meghan has launched her fancy brand called American Riviera Orchard. In her promo video, she was seen strolling around a stunning mansion and cooking.
It’s obvious that both Harry and Meghan are pursuing careers after royalty or at least trying to.
On The Ankler, Brown mentioned: “That’s the sad part of all this; he is undoubtedly the most skilled member of the Royal Family when it comes to being a prince… he really excels at it.”
Moreover, Brown—who was friends with Princess Diana—said Meghan has never had any good ideas.
“I think [Prince Harry] is pretty much under Meghan’s spell. The problem with her is that she has terrible judgment compared to anyone else in the world. She always seems to get things wrong… It’s true,” Brown stated.
A royal expert claims Harry is “blindly” following his wife.
“(Harry is) like a lamb led to slaughter here,” Brown explained. “He was so impressed by Meghan; he believed she knew everything and convinced him she could make them famous stars in Hollywood. He just followed her like a child.”
When Harry published Spare, it changed how he related with his father and brother significantly. However rumors suggested he might write another book soon; similar whispers surrounded Meghan too.
A lot saw Meghan’s comments as a “threat.”
Expert Roya Nikkhah talked about Megan’s interview saying: “The thinly veiled threats during [Meghan’s chat with The Cut]… I think [she] probably wants them to feel threatened by this… But there seems like there’s some eye-rolls going on like ‘We’re used to this now’… That line ‘I have lots more until I don’t’ plus ‘I’ve never signed anything stopping me from speaking’… there was definitely something strong implied there.”
She believes that while Meghan moved forward after stepping down from royal duties, her journal could be “a potential weapon if she ever seeks revenge.”
Bond added: “I believe she’s looking ahead not back and moving on with life so we shouldn’t panic about any possible memoir.”
