On their second “royal” tour of the year, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle visited in Bogota, Colombia on Thursday. Although the Sussexes were well received in the South American nation, some royal analysts have questioned their visit and even called it hypocritical.
This is the Duke and Duchess’ second overseas tour in as many months. They are currently in Colombia. One body language specialist reported that Harry appeared uncomfortable during the Colombia visit—possibly even mimicking his sibling.
At one point during the visit, Meghan seemed to take the lead simultaneously. As she greeted well-wishers, an expert in lipreading has now disclosed that she handed Harry a command. Some royals were witnessed incensed by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s visit to Nigeria earlier this year. Even though the couple is currently in Colombia and hasn’t been to a Commonwealth nation, they have nevertheless drawn a lot of negative comments.
But other reasons were checked in addition to Prince Harry’s stance and body language. Nicola Hickling, a skilled lip reader, disclosed that Meghan once gave her husband a clear directive.
Hickling saw how Meghan gave Harry an order, supposedly stating “hand,” to which he replied, “Here you go,” as the couple emerged from a structure where supporters had gathered to welcome them, according to the Mirror. While it’s admirable that Harry and Meghan are fighting cyberbullying and trying to make the internet a safer place for kids, some have criticised them for travelling to Colombia in the first place.
According to journalist and royal expert Robert Jobson, who talked with Express, some are questioning if the Sussexes are really in the region to help. People weren’t only squinting because of the Colombian heat as Harry and Meghan visited. Jobson stated it was their celebrity’s piercing stare.
He questioned who was paying for the Sussexes’ “luxury accommodations,” flights, and security, and whether they were simply a “shiny distraction to keep the people from looking too closely at the cracks in the walls.”
