Instructions
1. Soak the Breadcrumbs
In a small bowl, combine the Italian breadcrumbs and milk. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes.

2. Cook the Onion and Garlic
In a skillet, heat a small amount of olive oil over medium heat.
Add the diced onion and cook until soft and translucent. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute.

3. Mix the Meatloaf Base

4. Add Mozzarella and Marinara
