It’s Better to Avoid Eating This Part of the Chicken After Cooking

Despite these concerns, chicken remains a highly valuable food when consumed wisely. White chicken meat, in particular, is known for its high protein content, which helps the body build and repair muscles. At the same time, it is naturally low in calories, making it an excellent option for balanced diets and healthy meal plans.

Choosing cleaner, leaner cuts of chicken and preparing them properly can help you enjoy the benefits of this popular meat while reducing possible health risks.
