Rachael Ray Speaks Out: Troubling Health News After Slurred Speech Clip

Rachael Ray gave an update on her health⁢ after a video of her seeming to slur her words went viral last month.

In the first episode of her podcast, “I’ll Sleep⁣ When I’m Dead,” the chef mentioned she has been healing from some injuries, which she said were due to household‍ tasks.

“I’m a homemaker. I enjoy chores. I love being⁣ in the kitchen,” ⁣Ray stated on the⁢ podcast. “I always use my brain every day, I’m always writing something, but I really like ⁣chores.”

“I enjoy⁢ what people think of as physical work,” she added. “I like cooking ‌dinner, planning meals, making lists. I love physical labor and helping⁣ carry in wood.”

She⁤ also shared that she often finds herself competing with her husband John. “‘How many pieces of wood did John carry? Can I do more? ‍I don’t say that to John; it’s just something for myself,” she explained.

The 56-year-old mentioned that she had to pause‍ the ‍physical work because over the past few weeks she had experienced “a couple of⁤ bad falls.”

She didn’t go into detail about how those falls happened or what kind of injuries might have occurred.

Fans first ‍got worried about‌ Rachael’s health in early September when she posted‍ a clip on Instagram showing part of her‍ face ‍drooping and slurring words.

“Look at her mouth! It⁢ seems like she’s⁤ recovering from ⁣a stroke,” one concerned fan commented.

“Sounds tipsy to me and looks ⁣bloated too! Hope she gets help or she’ll be another person lost to addiction,” another wrote.

Despite many comments showing both concern ⁣and support for ‌the Food Network star, Ray⁣ hadn’t addressed‍ fans until now.

Although she didn’t⁣ give a detailed response about the viral video, Rachael ‍provided⁣ a reasonable ⁤explanation.

Whatever happened with ‍Rachael⁢ Ray, I’m hoping she’s alright! I’d‌ never wish anything bad upon her.
