1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice

¾ cup sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple (with juice), sugar, eggs, cornstarch, and vanilla. Mix until well combined and smooth.
