Ingredients
Crust
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
Cheesecake Filling
- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or whipped cream)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberry Topping
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup strawberry glaze (store-bought)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crust
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form an even crust. Chill for 10–15 minutes to set.
Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Spread the mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
Step 3: Prepare the Strawberry Topping
In a bowl, gently combine sliced strawberries with the strawberry glaze until evenly coated.

Pour the strawberry mixture over the chilled cheesecake, spreading it evenly across the top.
